Storyboard

STORYBOARD
v  A set of sketches that show how the sequence of events occurs.
v  Similar to the cartoon panel, because it has pictures and panels explaining the scene and some possibility of dialogue.
v  In games, storyboard explaining how the game will run. 
 
v  Game is not linear (unlike the movie)
v  Camera angle, the position of the character, and even appeared for the control of the game elements.
v  Storyboard is designed to display (almost all) possible event sequences.



Reasons for the use of storyboards.
v  Help explain the concept of game
v  Help communication between teams
v  Having a basic idea of the game
v  Make a storyboard and rough sketch of the gaming world will be made, the main character and actions contained in it later.
v  Help thinking about the game and detailed nature of the game overall.
v  Combining the concept of a design document (such movie script).
Function Storyboard
v  Plan a cinematic sequence
v  Build Animated
v  Shows the complex actions
v  Actions showed a non player

Basic : Perspective
v  The representation of objects / characters in the image so that linked spatially with natural eyes.
Basic Focal Point
v  Regional picture main interest viewers
