         Preproduction or Pre-production is the planning stage. In general, a preparatory stage before the start of the production process (shooting film or video). With the birth of digital video technology and methods of nonlinear editing the video production process becomes easier. When we are going to start a project, sometimes we have had video stock-shoot/footage we need, for that we have to do a re-match all the needs of the story that we will create. That is, we have to prepare the existing video footage, photographs, charts and graphs, illustrations, or animations. But many did the videographer who start from scratch or from scratch. At its core purpose of pre-production is preparing everything so that the production process can be run according to the concept and produce a digital video works in line with expectations.

• Outline
To easily create video projects, then we have to make a rough plan as a basis for implementation. • Script / Screenplay

• Storyboard

Budget Plan
When we were working on a personal or professional projects, it is advisable to plan the production budget. In a professional project, budget plan is useful for securing corporate finance.
